When I leave the end through the portal I respawn near my bed but instantly die from fall damage. It shows up as "(name) fell from a high place" in chat. The items in my possession are no where to be found like they normally would be from dying from a fall. Occasionally the game will freeze after I press respawn. This only happened to me, it doesn't affect the other people playing on the world with me, using the same portal.
