Basically, whenever I go into the nether, it would teleport me far away from my original nether portal coordinates. For example, normally, my portal in the Overworld is at 3000, -5000. When I go into the nether, my portal location is at 387, 637. This is what usually happens. But on rare occasions, it will bug out and spawn me at 3000, -5000 in the nether with a glitched portal. I can only unglitch the portal by placing a block there and the portal will reveal itself. When I go through the portal I spawn back in the overworld like 60,000 blocks away from my original portal. I have to go all the way back through the overworld (because it's very easy to die and lose all my things in the nether) and it takes an hour on average for every 10,000 blocks (i measured) so this has happened to me 3 times in the last 2 weeks and it's very annoying. I have attached the coordinates of where I spawned when I went through the glitched portal. Keep in mind that my base is at 3000, -5000
