I tried to capture an axolotl in an empty bucket of water, randomly on land as well, I failed, it got caught in the water current, and when I tried to capture it in non-source blocks of water, it made them into source blocks while releasing the axolotl.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Trap an axolotl on land in flowing water
2. Try to catch the axolotl in an empty bucket
3. The flowing water will be turned into source water, and the axolotl will remain free
