Since 1.17 was introduced we have experienced new type of bug:

When moving a villager without profession , they suddenly get Tool Smith profession where there is no village near or that type of proffesions block. Healed zombie villagers also get it if they are in the bug zone. That job stays permanent and will not link to ANY other block(even smitting table) unless you move him away from the bug radius.(which is about 500-600 blocks). In this radius villagers also rarely connect to beds.
