Hello, a new issue has been discovered recently about the rendering of custom skins textures (Skin packs and custom skins by texture). Only custom skins are concerned by the issue, marketplace content seems to work perfectly. Moreover, the issue has been tested with different people, and not everybody got it.

      Issue description

Some skins textures seems to be randomly glitched since the last update, two effects can be observed :

      • The texture turns into multiple random colors
      • The skin texture is not entirely rendered, there is black and pink pixels (The missing texture)

This issue is observed on any skin pack, that contains any amount of skins. We have tried to reproduce the issue on Xbox One and Desktop platforms, these two platforms got the issue, but it's possible that the issue is on another platforms.
