If you exit minecraft(without saving world), log out of your xbox, log in again, open minecraft, and reopen your world, you will be able to go through blocks. So, you can align the player just right to get an xray glitch.

Steps to reproduce
1. Exit minecraft
2. Log out of your xbox
3. Log in again
4. Open minecraft
5. Open world
6. Create 2-block-tall structure
7. Break bottom block
8. Walk into top block

You can't do xray and go through blocks

You can do xray and go through blocks

NOTE:
Relogging fixes the issue; You can only xray through blocks that the head part of the hitbox can go through.
