I created a nether portal both at my home, and at the stronghold nearest my home. I connected the 2 with a large tunnel, and went through each multiple times with no issue. However. The most recent time, I  stepped into the portal and got an autosave icon. This happens often, and lags my game to absolute crap. So i stepped out of the portal, and was immediately teleported to the Nether. Over 2000 blocks (X and Z coordinate) from my nearest portal. I stepped back through, and am now completely lost as a new portal helpfully spawned about 40 blocks off the ground, above a seemingly endless ocean, over 4000 blocks from my home. As i was going to respawn the Ender Dragon at the time, I had next to no equipment and promptly died holding the end crystals I had just spent 2 hours grinding ghasts for. Please fix whatever it is that keeps breaking on your ps4 platform, as it is driving me to absolute madness by the day.
