Can't say for sure what causes this, but because of this, I am unable to play Minecraft properly. The game constantly freeze everything. It lets me move around freely (mostly) by makes me unable to preform any block or mob interaction. Everything in a game stops for few minutes, and after it unfreezes, every action that i've preform during a freeze is happening at once, and all dropped items, are teleported back to my invetory, and every block that i've place during that times is as well destroyed, and puted back into my inventory. It lets me play for a few secounds and then it repeat itself

Everything that happens during the freeze:

• Can't interact with any block, or any entity
• Can't open inventory and Crafting
• Dropped items don't appear on the ground
• Braking, placing blocks, and interacting with bell or levers doesn't produce sound
• All entities are frozen in place. Hitting them doesn't do anything to them

When the game finally unfreezes, all those things are happening at the same time:

• All blocks that i interacted with are being used at once (For example, all barrels are opening at once, and stay in their open animation)
• Inventory finaly opens
• All placed that i've place are being destroyed, and given me back to my inventory, and all blocks that I've destroyed are brought back
• All dropped items are moving back to my inventory
• All sounds that should happen are being played at once
• Entities are teleported to a place where game consider them to be, which makes them teleport

Got videos of me trying to interact with blocks and villagers, as well as hitting villagers, and a moment when the game unfreezes making everything happen at once, but can't upload them 'cause of file size limit. It only happens on this world, which has over 1.2GB, and since it has many entities and few redstone contraptions and builds in there, I can't find what might be reason for that. Playing on peaceful, and adjusting settings as well as rendering distance doesn't help
