Posting this because every issue I found on the topic was resolved when clearly there's still an issue. Minecraft on iPadOS doesn't support keyboard or mouse input at all, and it's not like the game isn't supposed to support keyboard and mouse control because there's a dedicated section in the game settings for the keyboard and mouse.

Steps to replicate the bug:

Open Minecraft on an iPad with any keyboard and mouse attached and attempt to play the game as you would on a normal computer.
