This visual bug or glitch works since the render dragon engine was added to Minecraft Windows 10. To activate the glitch you get a enchanted bow or crossbow if you shoot it and you look in your inventory there's the enchanted lines in the texture that is from when you aren't shooting the bow or crossbow in previous versions of Minecraft Bedrock on Windows and Java those lines in the bow texture aren't there.
