Arrows act... weirdly when ontop of a parrot,i cant describe it

Steps to reproduce:

1. Put 2 boats
2. Put 1 villager in 1 boat, a pillager in the other and a parrot in the boat with the pillager.

Observed result:
the arrows shot make a really annoying sound and lag the game ALOT if let alone (could be used for griefing and game breaking servers/smp realms)

Expected result:
the arrows shoot straight above the parrot and straight into the villager

How i discovered it:
I was making a man made jungle, i put pillagers in boats, 1 pillager killed the other when a villager passed by, a parrot decided to go in the boat with the pillager, another villager i spawned in got into the other boat, when i decided to stop building. I heard a really loud sound discovering it was the stuck arrows above the parrot.
