Doors on ice consume door

      When placing a door on Ice, the door disappears.

      Normally the door won't place and will stay on my hotbar.

      What actually happened is when I placed a door on Ice, the door disappeared and didn't return to my inventory or drop as an entity.

      1. Craft Door.
      2. Place on ice.
      3. Observe as door disappears.
