Rain can't be seen directly but you can see sideproducts of it. For example another player can riptide in air, wolfes shake off water, mobs can't cach on fire but the sky is clear and no rain appears. (I don't use add-ons or texture packs that affect rain. Once you relog in the game/realm it appears normaly)

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Spawn some wolfes and tame them
2. wait.. setting the weather to rainy via commands may not work. Its also kind of random.
3. Try going throught portals or try doing other stuff. Im not sure what parametrs makes this happen but if u can, collect some data for the bug.

Observed Results:
The wolfes may start shaking like they do when raining but no rain will appear. (you can try to light fire, ripride ect. try reloging as well. you will see taht the rain appears.

Expected Results:
rain should be visible when the weather is rainy

Notes: This bug has happened on a realm and affects all other players until they relog (quit and join gain), we use some add-ons but none related to rain/weather.
