After purchasing mine coins for a realms plus subscription, agreeing to the terms, and clicking "buy now," the system asked if I would like to create a realm. I clicked on the "yes" button once it was available, and the in game loading meter began to pop up. about 10 seconds later, the game gave me a prompt titled "Something Went Wrong," saying "your purchase succeeded, but we couldn't create your realm right now. We will create your Realm as soon as possible. Check back later on this device." I clicked "go back" and closed the game.
After coming back an hour later, no progress seemed to have been made anywhere I checked in game, so I went to the "create your first realm" option in the world select screen and clicked on that. A text box popped up saying something along the lines of "a realm was previously being made on this device. Would you like to continue creating it now?" (I paraphrased this as I unfortunately forgot to screenshot it). I clicked "yes" and it booted me back to the main menu. After that, I checked the marketplace and it said I had no subscriptions despite the mine coins visibly being gone. Additionally, the "create your first realm" button no longer gave me the box asking to continue making a realm.
Thinking it could have been an issue with my system or my internet, I got back on today, checked to make sure I was signed in to my Nintendo and Microsoft accounts, purchased another mine coin bundle, and tried again. Unfortunately, I was met with the same results.
I have never submitted a bug report, so I apologize if this comes off more as a complaint or personal writing than a report, but it really does trouble me that the game just took my money without providing my purchase, and I really don't want this to happen to anyone else.
