This issue has been around since version 0.9.0 alpha (and probably since Minecraft Pocket Edition was created). When you create a new infinite world in Minecraft Bedrock Edition, you can render as much terrain as you want, but after exceeding each power of two you have more chances of falling through the blocks and it becomes more difficult to move over the terrain until it becomes impossible to keep going in a straight direction as you go further and further away from the spawn.

This problem makes it impossible to move without the risk of falling around the world, even if you have traveled less than 5000 blocks which gives evidence of the great limitation you have when you explore the map and the difference in terrain you can safely explore between Java and editing Bedrock. I would like as console, mobile or Windows 10 players as Java edition players to be able to seamlessly explore the entire map.

The solution that I propose is to make a playable area where you can play without being able to fall from the world and with smooth movements when you sneak in. I would put a world border at the end of that area and the distance from spawn that I suggest is 3 million blocks. This transport problem i think that needs to be fixed in the latest version of Minecraft bedrock 1.16, which included RTX, an official server more, and more controls over the volume of the sounds.
