Whenever I try to load the game it black screens and doesn't load anything at all for upwards of 5 minutes.  When I try to restart the game it takes about a minute then closes due to an error.  A majority of the friends I play with also have the same issue.  The version we are playing on is the newest version at the time of writing this, 1.16.201.
