Issue: When mining with stone pickaxe, iron ore will drop after being mined, and animation that the ore is picked up happens, but iron ore does not appear in inventory, even when there are empty spots open in inventory. I did not try mining iron with iron pick axe.

What I was doing: I have mined iron ore before today without problems in this world, but when I started mining today, I could pick up stone blocks dropped when mined by stone pickaxe but not iron ore. Lapis lazuli and Redstone mined by iron pick axe dropped and could be picked up.

To recreate:
1. Find iron ore
2. Mine with stone pick axe
3. Approach until block appears to be picked up from animation.
4. Check inventory. No iron ore appears.
