After doing a factory reset of my computer I reinstalled Minecraft windows 10 edition from microsoft store and when I went into Minecraft it would not load up the home screen (Play, Settings, Marketplace). It would only show the nether backround and would not say anything such as error or anything. I have attempted shutting down the computer and opening up, reseting Minecraft and then the computer and other things using code. All not working. I tried buying the starter pack thinking it might just be for that download and it still didn't work. I do not know anything about this bug, there is no one who has any tutorials on it, probably cause not everyone does a hard reset of their computer and loves Minecraft. Please fix soon as I can not do anything I am helpless against this bug. (And Minecraft is a great game, keep up the good work)
