Got an unusual bug here, whenever any sign is placed on the same block where a torch is, the torch is replaced by the sign. I found this by accident in my survival world and I tested it further in a creative world, this bug does not affect other items like buttons, levers or tripwire hooks. This works using any sign and any torch. Whether the torch is on the ground, next to a wall or on the wall a sign can replace it if placed within the same block. I can't provide any screenshots since it happens instantly but feel free to try it out yourself, although you will lose that torch forever.
