My kids have Amazon Fire HD 8 tablets (10th generation). I downloaded Minecraft PE to an older Fire tablet, then shared the app (through Family Sharing) to their tablets last week. Because they're still minors, I had to change privacy settings to what I wanted through accounts.xbox.com.

It worked for the first few days, but did shut down pretty often. Now, whenever we open the app on either HD 8 tablet, the app only stays on for a few seconds, then closes. I can't even click on any buttons before it closes on me. 

I uninstalled and reinstalled on the HD 8 tablets and cleared the cache on the Silk browser (something I read online that might help), but neither seems to help. Plus, it deleted the realms that they created and bought. 

Can someone please help? I've spent a lot of time trying to troubleshoot this and am ready to give up.

BTW, I didn't know what to select for the questions, "Affects Versions."
