I downloaded the game several weeks ago, and ever since it has failed to log in successfully. I have called Microsoft support multiple times and they have not resolved the issue with their preferred fix. What happens is that the game launches and prompts a log in request to my microsoft account/xbox account, I click this, my pc being a windows device has this information already saved and launches the xbox app, logs me in and when I click the "Let's Play" button on the interface, the cursor goes into the loading circle, and the game within 30 seconds closes completely, no other apps are affected and the game continues to do this every launch cycle. I have tried many fixes and am fed up with the issue as I bought it as a way to hang out with my friends online and ultimately chat with them since I am away in college and the current pandemic prevents me from travelling much. It could be an account error as it has worked on other profiles on the lap top but I do not want to log out of my profile to enter a new one just to play a game since I use the pc for school purposes.
