Whenever I try to launch Minecraft, the launching process stops, and I get the following error message:
Name: commons-codec-1.9.jar
URL: https://libraries.minecraft.net/commons-codec/commons-codec/1.9/commons-codec-1.9.jar
Error details: Attempting to move successful download to C:/Users\Carla Eaddy\Documents\Curse\Minecraft\Install\libraries\commons-codec/commons-codec/1.9/commons-codec-1.9.jar The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process
Filename on disk: 9a0d-b308-20dc-74f9
Path: C:\Users\NICK~1\AppData\Local\Temp\9a0d-b308-20dc-74f9

I don't have much experience with Java. Am I just stupid?
