On 9/18/2021 I migrated my Mojang account (where I owned the Java edition) to my Microsoft account. Upon the completion of my migration, I closed my Minecraft launcher and logged in with my Microsoft account. The launcher informed me that I did not own the Java edition on my Microsoft account but did detect that my old Mojang account did have ownership and I should log in with that account to play. I did attempt to log in with my Mojang account, but as the migration was complete, I could no longer do so. I then attempted to purchase the Java edition on my Microsoft account, however, the store is detecting that my Microsoft account has ownership and will only let me redownload the launcher. At this point, I am now completely unable to play Minecraft: Java edition on either my Microsoft or Mojang accounts.
