I have both launchers available on my computer and for each launcher I launch there is a different problem but the result is the same. I can't play minecraft dungeons.

With the launcher available on the official website:

by launching this launcher I have access to the other game but when I play for Minecraft Dungeons I come across the attached screenshots. I close the white window then Minecraft Dungeons spins in a vacuum.

The result: I can't play minecraft dungeons.

With the launcher on the microsoft store:

it did the same thing so I decided to uninstall and reinstall the application but after that by launching it minecraft try to look for an update, find one, download it, and when it should be installed signal me that minecraft cannot install this update. After this pop up of this window, the app closes itself.

I tried to find out why I couldn't play minecraft dungeons, so I updated my version of java that was installed on my computer but it didn't change anything.
