I posted about this similarly in MCD-5862 however it was dismissed and tagged as resolved when it clearly hasn't been resolved. The issue persists after updating, none (of the 2 suggested fixes: log out of the launcher and check internet connection) work.

I was hoping this would be fixed with the update so I got it, but now I feel cheated since I'm not even able to play the game.

Summary of the other issue (MCD-5862):
-White text box presented after "press any button" upon loading the game, the game never
loads after this (the box has nothing in it).
-Repairing doesn't work
-Uninstalling doesn't work (including uninstalling including local save files)

What am I expected to do other than make a new thread? I didn't get any assistance on my last one, merely redirected to a "duplicate thread", which solved none of my issues. Please, can I have some guidance on how to fix this, or at least a way to uninstall the game so I can start afresh.
