Anniversary Cape issue

      P1 and P2 have completed 7/7 missions, says cape awarded.  Only P1 can equip the cape.  It is in P2 inventory but unable to equip.

      If P2 logs in and is P1 says that 0/7 missions complete and no capes for anybody.
