Local co-op guest players cannot equip cake cape

      I have unlocked the anniversary cake cape for both myself and the other player. As the host, I can equip it with no trouble, but when any guest player attempts to equip it, nothing happens. All other capes are unaffected. I've rejoined the game several times, but nothing has changed. As far as I can tell, other people also seem to be having this same issue in local co-op.
