Steps to reproduce

1. Equip an armor with the Luck of the Sea enchantment.
2. Restock the village merchant.

Expected result

The village merchant only sells common and rare items.

Actual result

The village merchant sells unique items when you equip armor with the Luck of the Sea enchantment.

Note: This probably also lets you get unique items from the mystery merchant, and increases the chances of getting a unique item from the luxury and piglin merchants.
