The game will not load from the launcher. The loading screen opens to the "press any button" point, after which the spinning redstone block replaces with a blank white window identified as the "UnrealCEFsSubProcess" by the task manager. No further progress beyond this point. Closing the blank white window results in an infinitely spinning redstone block.
