I would like to say first my character is a black male and every-time this bug happens is wipes all my gear beside what I'm using in melee slot. I believe this is how it happens. So I am playing on PC but I'm using the Xbox game pass to my MCD. When I exit from the game to the main menu while my controller is plugged in and then unplugged while still in the main menu something happens and all my gear is gone and my lvls drop. This has already happened once. This time I have proof, the first picture was before it happens and the second is after or however this will post. The picture with gear is the before.
