We just bought today the Minecraft Dungeons Hero Edition game. We also just installed but at the end of the installation the launcher says "the game failed to start for reasons unknown for us" (Please check screenshot 1).

Now when we try to play with the Minecraft Dungeons Launcher we get an error message 

"Failed to check for game dependencies".

Any suggestion about what we can do please?
