I've discovered that running AVG tuneup utilities will remove your save files.

I logged in and had to make a new character and noticed my other character was missing read some stuff about avast deleting saves so I ran AVG tuneup and it also removes them.

It's pretty sad that you guys don't run cloud saves and if I could get a refund for this game I would based solely on this issue.

I do like the game for what it is but when something so simple causes the loss of hours of my time, of which I don't have a lot of free time since I work full time it's very frustrating and from what I can see I'm not the only one who's dealing with this issue and I won't be playing again until its resolved.
