I purchased Minecraft Dungeons for a second time yesterday due to the bug that many people were running into, where minecraft launcher couldn't recognize that we have already purchased the game. This also caused me to lose my original character save, I don't care that much about the save, but would like a refund for the second time I had to purchase the game. I can provide statements for both purchases. Both were purchased to the microsoft account owned by me under the username JoeSife.

I can invalidate the charge with my bank, but figured it would be easier if I had your team help with the charge back.
