I own a Xbox elite controller version 1 and I use the trigger locks so I don't have to press the triggers as far as normal. In dungeons pressing LT or RT doesn't register unless I set my trigger locks back to normal full pull. I can't shoot arrows with the trigger locks on.I reloaded the game and had the same issue.
