My child purchased Minecraft Dungeons for PC and had a single MCD character on the account.  The account suddenly lost all levels and items after playing for several hours.  The character was level 17 with 21 - 25 leveled items.  We have been playing multiplayer together on three separate accounts throughout the day. We've attempted to sign into the account from three different PC's, but the account only shows the starting level and items.
