Summary: The fishing rod's line is not attaching correctly. The line appears to be connecting to thin air.

Expected: Fishing rod's line connecting to the Fishing rod, under any FOV value.

Found: Fishing rod's line is not connecting to the fishing rod, with FOV values above 90 and below 90.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get a fishing rod.
2. Set FOV value to above 90 or below 90.
3. Throw the hook into the water
4. Observe the line.

Note: My current game resolution is set to 1280x720. I've tested other resolutions and the problem still persists.
