Minecraft 1.9 keeps crashing

      Hi

      My daughters minecraft has just updated to 1.9 and when she launches the program it allows her to select the world she wants to play with which opens with a blue sky and then the following message appears in a box labelled Minecraft launcher 1.6.59

      Please can someone help.

      She has previously played minecraft on PS3 but wanted it on PC version so we only bought it and downloaded it yesterday!!!
