Lever on Dropper front to Furnace

I put the 64x coal in dropper, and use lever a coal go in the furnace.

Problem/bug:

when is coal in a furnace (no matter how many)

and i again put the 64x coal in dropper, and use lever a coal don't go in the furnace.

coal is reduced in dropper to 1x coal.

But i have 32x coal in a furnace and put the 64x coal in dropper, use the lever, a coal don't update a stack from 32x coal to 64x coal in furnace.

coal is reduced in dropper to 1x coal.

This problem/bug is with other stacked items, the dropper reduced to 1x, but not packed in the furnace.
