Pressing Q while the mouse is over an item in the inventory or a container to drop it

Is a nice future.
i open the creative Inventory,when i press q on a action-bar, a item will be delete.

Problem/bug:

when i go from creative Inventory to the raid "Survival Inventory".
and press q on a item (1xStone) from action-bar, a item will be dropped on the ground.

But you don't see the stone in a action-bar, you see it on the ground.

when you pick up you have two stones WTF.

The problem is a item is dropped on the ground but the item is in action-bar, you cant see it,because it is invisible. when you press q (without Inventory) again (on the old location of the stone) you drop the invisible stone.

You see two stones on the ground.
