I was trying to teleport an armor stand with zero gravity to a cow and the command block says it teleported the entities. However, I go into spectator mode and it still shows the armor stand is in the air.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Set up a command block that is teleporting a armor stand to a entity; I was using a cow.
2. Summon an armor stand with no gravity.
3. Spawn in an entity with a spawn egg.
4. Try to teleport the armor stand to the other entity.
