The shield would shine after he was enchanted

What actually happened was...:
The shield did not shine after it was enchant

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Take an anvil
2. take an enchant book
3. take a shield
4. enter in the anvil and place the shield to the left and the book to the right
5. take the enchant shield
