What happens

If you hold torches in your off hand, and then eat food using your main hand, once the hunger bar is full and the eating animation stops, the off hand immediately starts placing torches onto whichever block is under the crosshair.

What should happen

Once the main hand has finished eating, the off hand should not be activated (place torches in this case), until the right mouse button has been released and pressed again.

Steps to reproduce

1. Start survival world
2. run down hunger bar
3. Place torches in off hand
4. Place food in main hand
5. Look down or at a wall
6. Eat food by holding down RMB.
7. When eating complete, torches will have been placed, unless you release RMB at exactly the right time (which is near impossible to do), note if you were moving, it's highly likely multiple torches will have been placed.
