Basically, when I exit a minecart or when it stops, the rolling minecart sound continues (I think that's what the sound is). When I destroy the minecart, the sound continues, and it keeps playing in the spot I destroyed the minecart (meaning, when I walk away from the spot, it fades away but as I get closer it gets louder). It's rather annoying to hear constantly.

What I expected to happen was...:
The minecart sound would stop.

What actually happened was...:
The minecart sound is permanent in the spot the minecart is destroyed or stopped until the world is reloaded. (I also think the sound doesn't activate for when its supposed to until the world is reloaded.)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get on a minecart
2. Travel and then stop and/or destroy the minecart
