The bug

The death screen disables the "Respawn" and "Title screen" button, but it does not grab the mouse while the buttons are disabled. When you are playing in windowed mode you could accidentally close Minecraft because you were rotating while you died and your mouse ended up on the button to close the window.
In case you do not play with the full size window you could click in other open programs or start other programs by accident.
