What I expected to happen was that when the firework went off, it would not make the "Stained Glass Panes" (any color must be stained) disappear for 0.2 seconds. When they disappear the block is basically still there so you cannot walk through it.

What actually happened was when it goes off pretty close to a Stained Glass Pane or any amount, they will disappear and reappear really quick,

Steps to see it:
1. Put a Stained Glass Pane somewhere.
2. Set off a firework rocket close to it. (inside is easier)
3. When it explodes the panes should flash on and off once.
