Water particles apear when i run next to water, (for example) I ran on cobblestone so there should only be Cobblestone "particles".

When i run on a block that is next to water there seems to appear water paticles on (for example) Cobblestone. This works with all blocks.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Find/Make some kind of flod/river
2. Create a 1x10 (for example) straight line to the end of the river/flod (whatever)
3. Look down and run and there should be water particles when you run on the block that you used (for example cobblestone).
