wrong animation off-hand slot
i was testing the new 1.9 pvp techniques on a snapshot server and there were two kits with a bow and a shield, and the shield was off-hand.
but when they charged their bow it looked like they were blocking with the shield at the same time
and when there was a bow in the off-hand it looked like they were shooting at the ground
1. go on a snapshot server
2. look at people with that kind of combinations (bow w shield, bow w sword)
3. when they shoot the bug is triggered
