Players can only put one item into the item slot of the beacon while hoppers can put a whole stack of items into it.

What I expected to happen:
The player and the hopper can put the same amount of items into a beacon (either one or a stack)
What actually happened:
The player was able to put one item into the beacon and the hopper was able to put in a whole stack
