When I switch the game to full screen mode and restart it, It starts in full screen. But when i press F11 to go back to windowed, there is no button to maximize it. I'm NOT sure if this is a bug or it's provided to be that way.

I expected when press F11 to have an option to maximize the window

I run the game for about an hour ore two on full screen and after that i close it. When i start it back, it's in full screen mode. When i need to make it windowed i usually press F11 (But I tried from the settings and it continued). When the game gets in windowed mode I want to maximize the window but there isn't a button to do that.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start the game.
2. Set it to full screen mode from the menu.
3. After that restart it.
4. When it starts it should be on fullscreen.
5. Then press F11.
6. The game should get windowed, but there wont be any maximize button.
