Whenever you attempt to combine armor protections w/ an anvil/ or put enchantments on armor on anvil, it simply disappears.

What I expected to happen was...:
Nothing should disappear

What actually happened was...:
Enchantment books/ armor disappeared

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go onto /gamemode 1
2. Get an anvil, diamond boots, and 3 enchantment books
3. Put the three books together in the anvil. They should disappear
4. If they don't disappear, try putting them on the boots. IT WILL DISAPPEAR>
